At Revlon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are secure to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we receive the items.
